Aircraft Lookup by Type or Region
When entering new aircraft definitions, you can click the Look Up icon to find aircraft in the civil aircraft database.
Then, from the Flight Entry and Schedule Entry screens, you can use codes to quickly list all your aircraft that match certain parameters:
  • C172//, B737//, etc.
  • ROTOR//
  • COMPLEX//
  • TURBINE//
  • PISTON//
  • WARBIRD//
  • TAA//
  • SEL//
  • MEL//
  • SES//
  • MES//
Search for aircraft by region:
If you have a fleet of aircraft in different locations, use the Line Routes screen to define your lines. Enter a region code (e.g. FLORIDA) for each line.
Then, assign a Home Base airport to each aircraft definition.
Then, from the Flight Entry and Schedule Entry screens, you can enter e.g. "FLORIDA.." in the Aircraft ID field. The system will look at all airport codes in the lines for the FLORIDA region, and display a list of all aircraft with matching Home Base codes.
